Nils Nusens

Pour les Parisiens potentiels il y a du funk viking de premier ordre demain dimanche a partir de 18h au Cannibale 93, rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, vous pourrais y entendre et y voir un certain Nils Nusens ( a l'organe vocal fort developpé) ainsi que Thomas Gromaire (guitariste potentiellement excellent) et Jay Goldon , ainsi que Perplex, le groupe dont la reputation n'est plus a faire....

Wild Wild West

I am currently playing around the Bay Area with the quartet featuring Andre Sumelius on drums, David Michel-Ruddy on piano and David Ewell on bass, you can chek us out at Zebulonslounge, at Club Deluxe, at Jupiter , we'll be performing with the trio at Cafe Royale next month and in duo at Downtown.
We will record again Nov 7th (I need to write more music.....).
Howard Wiley recorded with us last may , huge sound, amazing craft.......
Sameer Gupta came by the other day to record some crazy tablas on one on the last The Most song, was great......I need to put The Most on the road in France and here......
I'll be playing the sessions as regularly as possible: Pearls on sundays after the Jazzschool and before Dylan's (busy day), I usually sit in on wednesdays and saturdays at the cheeseboard in Berkeley.

I'll be missing Booster's gig in Paris at the Tryptique and Lucy Dixon's concert at China Club... too bad , could not make it.

I'll be in New York Nov 19th to 24th to work on Eric Lelann's new album with Lionel Loueke, Aaron Parks, Ferenc Nemeth and Dayna Stephen

Bunch of races in San Francisco Bay comming in too....
